Cheryl updated her popular Twitter Infographic to include advice like, stop using auto DMs. When the audience asked a question, Cheryl stepped down from the stage to provide examples and take the newbies through a few basics.

At the end of her presentation, Cheryl provided two case studies captured in real time. One good and one not so great example of how to use Twitter.
